We celebrated our first birthday on June 24 at the Seabrights Barn Carvery, Great Baddow.
Our mission as a Toastmasters® club is to provide a mutually positive and supportive learning environment in which each and every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills which in turn foster self confidence and personal growth.
Our club members come from a variety of professions and backgrounds who gather for a common purpose - to develop their communication and leadership skills. Whether you are a skilled professional wishing to hone your speaking skills or someone looking for new employment aiming to gain confidence in public speaking and leadership - we invite you to visit us as a guest to one of our meetings - what you can gain from a typical meeting will surprise you. See how you can enhance your presentation skills by completing the speech projects as a member or sharpen your interviewing skills by participating in table topics.

love the applause! Constructive evaluation is at the core
of the Toastmasters programme. Each time you give a
prepared speech, an evaluator will point out your strengths
and suggest improvements. At first applauded
for your effort - later you will discover the applause is for your newly acquired skill!
