Jokemaster Starts the evening off in a light hearted manner with a joke or humorous story.
Timekeeper Notes the times taken for speeches and evaluations and gives visible signals to assist speakers in keeping to the allotted time.
Topics Master Provides topics for “mini speeches” and selects participants so that ever attendee has an opportunity to speak at some point in the meeting.
Speech Evaluator Gives positive feed back to the speakers so that they recognise their current skills and improve in areas that will enhance future speeches.
Topics Evaluator Gives positive feedback to the participants in the topics session.
General Evaluator Gives positive feedback to those who have not been evaluated elsewhere in the meeting and comments on the evening as a whole.
